Winemaking:
Elaborated following the Purist Philosophy of Lidio Carraro. Manual harvesting with selection of bunches in the vineyard. Destemming grapes are managed directly to the fermentation tanks through gravity-flow, following a cold maceration for 24 to 48 hours. Afterwards, the fermentation was carried out using extractive practices that favored a fruity profile, with a good structure and mature tannins. The wine made malolactic fermentation and a natural stabilization during the winter. It was thinning in stainless steel tanks until it was bottled.
