Straw Yellow. Persistent and delicate perlage.

It has delicate aromas of white flowers and fruits such as pears and apples. It is fruity remembering notes of sicilian lemon and green apple.

In the palate it has great vivacity, is balanced and with good creamy sensation. Pleasant coolness and delicate flavor in the lasting finish.

Pastas, risottos, poultry meat and sushi.

90% Chardonnay, 8% Pinot Noir and 2% Riesling Italico.

Winemaking:
Soil and microclimate: Granite soil, good drainage and correct organic matter that allows a balanced development of the vines. Harvest: Manual harvesting with selection of bunches in the vineyard. Winemaking: Elaborated following the Purist Philosophy of Lidio Carraro, the grapes were transported to the winery, whole pressed and the first fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature for about 20 days. The wine did not performed malolactic fermentation to preserve its natural freshness. It remained on the sur lies during its thinning which gave it volume and breadth in the mouth. The refermentation was carried out following the charmat method - refermentation in tanks.
