Tasting Notes

  • Color:

    Straw yellow, almost translucent, with delicate and persistent perlage.

  • Aroma:

    Varietal profile, fresh and elegant. Features sweet and floral notes of roses, jasmine and tilia, plus an elegant citrus touch of green apple, lemon and orange peel.

  • Tasting:

    Has a pleasant sweet sensation, with excellent acidity that gives it liveliness and balance. Citrus aftertaste, pleasant and persistent. It has a surrounding and a passionate palate.

  • Pairing:

    Sausages, cheeses, desserts and fruits.

    100% Moscato

  • Alcohol:

    7,5 % Vol

  • Winemaking:

    Soil and microclimate: Granitic-sandy soil, good drainage and correct organic matter that allows a balanced development of the vines. Harvest: Manual harvesting with selection of bunches in the vineyard. Winemaking: The grapes were destemmed pressed with brief maceration under controlled atmosphere. The wort was cold decanted and then cleaned, fermentation in pressure tank at low temperature for about 20 days. When the desired 7,5% alcohol vol. was reached, the fermentation was stopped to preserve the natural sugar of the fruit, through cooling and filling. It was bottled and remained for a short time in preparation before launching for the market.
