Winemaking:
Elaborated following the Purist Philosophy of Lidio Carraro. Harvest in the mid-March. Destemming grapes are managed directly to the fermentation tanks through gravity-flow, following a cold maceration for 12 hours. Afterwards, the fermentation was carried out using extractive practices that favored a fruity profile, with a good structure and mature tannins. The wine made malolactic fermentation and a natural stabilization during the winter. After that time, the must was added from the same grapes to increase the sugar content naturally. It was thinning in stainless steel tanks until bottled in August 2018.
